This is a perfect example of where hard work and planning pays off. I met with our client 2 weeks prior to the house going on the market, gave him a list of items to do to get the house ready for sale. We spent a few days prior to listing staging, cleaning (window washing), decluttering, and having professional photos taken of this home.
