"Shortly before we were ready to list our condo for sale, we reached out to Sound Homes for staging on a whim. We quickly heard from Amy and away we went.
We had figured the cost to stage the entire condo, which was empty, would be a significant cost compared to what the unit was worth but had nothing to lose to ask. It turns out that the price was more than reasonable, but that was not the best part. Amy met us one day to check out the space and shortly thereafter Sound Homes quickly came out and professionally staged the condo. It never looked better and their fantastic work translated into beautiful photos. The value provided is immeasurable, I am sure there are home staging professionals that charge triple what Sound Homes does, so the value provided is immeasurable when you consider the quality. On top of how it looks, they are responsive, professional, courteous and efficient. Amy provided updates as soon as it was done and stayed in constant contact.
